How Vakay works

From your group's plan to a shortlist everyone can agree on — here's what happens at each step.

    Make a free account and tell Vakay

    Share your group's budget per person, dates, vibe (beach, city, adventure, or chill), and your must-haves and deal-breakers. Takes about two minutes.

  2. 2

    We match it, a person checks it

    Your plan is matched against trips our team has already researched, starting with any places you suggest. Then a person picks the three that fit best — where you'd stay, the dates, the price per person, what's included — and checks every price and link before you see it. It shows up in My trips within two days.

  3. 3

    Your group votes

    Share one link in the group chat. Everyone types their first name and picks a trip — no account needed for your friends — and you all see the same tally.

  4. 4

    You book the winner

    Each option has a link to book it. Nothing is booked until your group decides. Booking through Vakay itself is coming later.

Get the app

Put Vakay on your home screen

No app store and nothing to download. It opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app.

iPhone

  1. Open vakay.pages.dev in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

  1. Open vakay.pages.dev in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install on the bar at the bottom — or open the ⋮ menu and tap Install app.
  3. Tap Install to confirm.
