Pricing
Free to plan. Pay only for a checked trip.
Your shortlist and your group's vote are always free. Pay $6 a trip if you want a person to check every price and link before anyone books.
Test mode: no money moves.
Everything on Vakay is free through January 31, 2027, and paid plans start in February. The buttons below run a test checkout: we don't ask for a card and nothing is charged. It shows us which plans groups would choose.

On every plan
Friends never pay
Only the planner ever pays. Everyone else votes from a link, with no account.
Booking costs the same
When you book through a link on your shortlist, the booking site may pay Vakay a small commission. Your price stays the same.
Nothing books itself
Vakay never books or charges for a trip. Your group decides, then books with the hotel, airline or site directly.
